i want vb6 or C# window software and android version of it

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. and also an apk app for android Details I want a Windows Forms Application using Visual Studio (C#). should have a textbox control on the form, and I need the user to be able to enter text into the textbox control column and when they click the 'encrypt' or 'submit' button which is placed directly below the textbox control the application then sends the value of TextBoxs to my email address....while it displaces a picture and random codes to indicate it has been submitted.
