Web based Payroll and Accounting software

Would like to see the proposals from able software vendors / freelancers who has web based payroll and accounting software with them already with following. Note: I'm not looking for new development, rather customisation in existing product.

Payroll features:

Timesheet

ü Accurately record employee attendance

ü Register employees easily and generate barcoded badges for fast check in and check out

ü Keep logs of check ins, check outs, and even time edits

ü Run reports to look for attendance patterns

ü Set rules to limit employees from clocking in or out at inappropriate times

ü Administrative control

Accounting software features:

Sales Invoice, Purchase order making and related reporting

GRN, Stock maintenance

Journal entries

General ledge maintenance

Profit & Loss account

Balance sheet

Accounts Receivables

Accounts Payable

How this will work?

If you have readymade web based software product covering above features, please approach me with commercial proposal for software including source code , Knowledge transfer.

Prior to that, we may need to show the demo to end customer. You need to install the software in the server which I would be providing. Initial configuration and data setup will be done by you.

Once the project is secured , the project will be awarded to you for customisation and further enhancements.

Nominal per day charges will be applicable for providing demo.
