Write some Software

We are looking for a highly intelligent programmer to write a simple facial recognition library for C#. Initially, this code will need to do only two primary things: 1) Compare an image file containing one or more human faces (GIF/JPG/TIF/BMP) with an image file stored in a database, containing a single facial image, and determine if any of the faces in the first image match the face in the second image. 2) Same as #1, but instead of an image file compare facial data from a live color or B/W video feed (or recorded video file) of varying quality (ranging from very low quality to very high quality) with an image file stored in a database containing a single facial image, and determine if any of the faces from a frame in the live video matches the face in the image from the database. Other requirements: - The matching accuracy should be excellent (99%+ accuracy for positive matches, with ability to adjust desired accuracy level up or down) and should equal or beat the quality of facial recognition we can see with other technologies such as that on Facebook. We will test this code against Facebook and others for comparison. - The code must be extremely fast (again, compare to the facial recognition speed of other technologies.) - Everything about this (all technologies, algorithms, EVERYTHING) must be completely original, written from scratch, and not rely at all on any other libraries/classes/APIs or any other third-party technologies of any sort. This must be completely new, unique, original code that does not exist anywhere. While a good solid understanding of C#, .Net, and SQL is important, for this project (as with our future projects) ***intelligence*** is much more valuable than experience. So we know that you have likely read everything here, be sure to answer these questions. Don't worry if you can't answer them correctly, but we do require that you answer all of them, even if you think the answer might not be correct: 1) Complete this number series: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ____? 2) BADDEED is to 2144554 as JIBJABBED is to __________? 3) Mary just had a birthday. She is three times the age of her younger sister Suzie. At which age will Mary be twice the age of Suzie? 4) Complete this number series: 14, 21, 13, 2, 5, 18, 19, 5, 18, 9, 5, ____? The next phase, which we have not included in this project, will be to add various methods to this code allowing for things such as digitally masking/removing facial hair, 3-D functions such as image rotation, and other actions. But for now the scope of this project is simple and includes only items 1 and 2, above.
