Simple version of a 'hangman' game as a web application. Requirements As a user I want to be able to start a new game. As a user I want to be able to guess a character for an ongoing game. As a user I want to be notified when the game I am playing ends (win/game over). As a user I want to resume an incomplete game. As a user I want to be able to access a Management Page and see all the games that have been played so far and the ones that are currently ongoing. As a user I want to be notified when I trigger an action which results in a server failure. The program should keep the current game state persistent across server and browser re-starts. Technology Java (server side) + Any framework for developing web services is accepted. Interaction For the guessing characters interactions you can choose one of the following: 1. Provide a simple page using AJAX (any AJAX framework/library is accepted) 2. Provide a CLI which issues commands to the server 3. Provide a Java client and a relative integration test demonstrating its correctness Build / Deploy Either of the following options is fine, only one is needed: A) Produce a WAR file that can be manually copied into Tomcat and deployed B) Alternatively, produce a deployable application with embedded server (e.g. Spring Boot, or Maven/embedded Tomcat ) Unit Tests: To give an indication of your unit testing ability/understanding, we’d like to see example unit tests on the business logic that involve the gameplay of guessing characters.
