Right now I use an excel sheet to manage what I'm about to ask.
I need a software that lets me manage costumer info (email, phone, name, last name, date of birth). And let me introduce certifications to its name. (Some costumer may have more than one)
While introducing the certification we have several steps to advance.
1. All physical documents are completed
2. Handed in to be processed
3. Handed back from process
4. Certification received
5. Sent to be delivered
6. Who received it
I would like this to be an online access since its managed in different areas (I use google sheets). And have users limited access (Since the one checking documents isn't the same who delivers).
And to finish, I need to consult certifications for each client. Some window where I can search by name, phone, and any other way you could think, and it will show me information and certifications attached to the person.
