Doctors on Salary Website & Interactive Database

Hello! - It's time we get doctors working for people instead of having a system where doctors only make money when people are sick. To help correct this problem - I would like to make a website and database in which people in a community can come together to "hire" a doctor as a group - this doctor would then oversee the medical health of only the families that are in the “Group.” The group would then come together to pay the doctor a competitive salary and cover all expenses for building - utilities - equipment - salaries - etc. In other words, the doctor now works for the people instead of working for a profit. HERE’S WHAT YOU WOULD DO AS THE DEVELOPER I will get a domain name and set up a site with FTP access for you. Your job will be to set up a way for users to register online - set up databases - as well as message board software to help people organize and communicate to find doctors for their “Group.” SAMPLE HOME PAGE To begin, when a user goes to our home page (which I will set up in html) - the user will see a background image and a description of what we are doing. Then below this there will be two titles. One will say - “PEOPLE LOOKING FOR DOCTORS” and the other will say “DOCTORS LOOKING FOR PEOPLE” PEOPLE LOOKING FOR DOCTORS Below the title “People Looking for Doctors” will be 3 text links and will include: “Begin a New Group to Find a Doctor” “Login to Member Group” “View Current Groups” If the user clicks the link - “Begin a New Group to Find a Doctor” - they will be taken to a page to get background information to start a new group that will be searching for a doctor that will take care of the people in the group. Login to Member Group will sign them into the Group they already joined. View Current Groups will allow people to view basic info on Groups that have already been set up. for example, city name, zip code and number of members.
