I am looking for a skilled professional to assist me with organizing and planning a Hifz Quran Competition that will take place in mid November 2023. The competition is specifically targeted towards participants who are 16 years old and above and have an intermediate level of proficiency in Quran memorization.
We (Habib Ul Quraan), are based in Batley and are wanting your help please with our International Hifz Quraan competition that we are hosting Mid November.

QUESTION:
Huffaz that are competing presses the spacebar button on a laptop which generates 3 random page numbers for a 15 line Quraan.
The Huffaz should only see the page number on his screen.
The judges should be able to see the full quraan page (from that page number) on their screen and the audience too - on the big screen that we will be setting up.

We need something similar to the above example, would you be able to help? I know its short notice, but will be much appreciated. The event has over 100+ participants and will be streamed around the world.
Skills and experience required for this project include:

- Coordinating with participants to ensure their eligibility and readiness for the competition.
- Securing a suitable venue for the competition and arranging necessary facilities.
- Developing and implementing a fair and transparent evaluation system for the participants.
- Providing support and guidance to participants throughout the competition process.
