Looking for a Design Engineer to evaluate our mechanical product working design in Creo software

We are designing a working prototype of Umbrella like structure (for a project), designed in Creo software by our internal team.
We are looking for a freelance design engineer to check our design, remove the error/flaws in the design, correct the issues, suggest to us on design opening and closing mechanism correctly, and evaluate end to end, before we go for prototype and production.
Our expectation:
(1) We are looking for a less complicated design for our product and looking for error-free working while opening and closing the structure. Also, while complete closing, the structure should be well aligned and compact as much as possible to fit it in a small case box.
(2) The design engineer's responsibility is to suggest to us the dimensions of each design including the joints.
(3) The Material using for the structure, should be lightweight but with maximum strength, as well as cheap in cost. Design engineers should suggest to us the type of material, as well.
(4) NDA signing on not disclosing and not copying & using the design, anywhere, with anyone.
Role: freelance basis.
Prior experience, openness to all points, and creativity in design are mandatory.
