Job Description: I have an incomplete 3D model of my solar panel cleaning robot in SolidWorks and need you to design a 3D printable brush cover and mounting system with the following specifications: ✅ What Needs to Be Designed? Brush Mounting System: - The brush should be mounted low enough to effectively clean the solar panels. - The mount must be attachable to my 3030 aluminum frame, using M4 or M5 screws (preferred). - If different screws or additional hardware are needed, let me know. Brush Cover: - A cover that protects the brush while allowing smooth operation. - Should be lightweight and printable in PETG. Water Pipe Placement: A space above the cover, slightly in front, to hold a water pipe (I will drill holes into the pipe for water flow). The pipe should be securely mounted but easily removable if needed. ✅ What I Will Provide: A SolidWorks file of my robot (frame, wheels, and brush) for reference. A screenshot of the incomplete 3D model to show the current state. Exact dimensions of: - The brush (length, diameter, mounting style). - The water pipe (size & placement). - The frame (3030 aluminum profile dimensions). Details of the screws I have: M4 screws M5 screws If you need other screws or hardware, please specify. A simple sketch (if needed) to illustrate my idea. ✅ What I Expect from You: A correct and optimized 3D model (SolidWorks format + STL for printing). A design that works well for 3D printing in PETG (balanced strength & weight). A functional mounting system to securely attach the brush and water pipe to the frame.
