I need an experienced SolidWorks professional to create 3D model drawings, a Bill of Materials (BOM), and DXF files for 5 different sized steel plant boxes. The models need to be prepared for manufacturing and should include specific properties such as mass, dimensions, material type, and material specification. Details: - The 3D models must be constructed as sheet metal parts with a wall thickness of 3 mm and a radius of 3 mm. The K-factor in Sheetmetal should be set at 0.35. - The models will be made from Corten steel, - I will provide a custom property file and a custom BOM template which you will use to ensure the models are correctly specified. - The BOM needs to be delivered in .xlsx format for all single parts, with the correct amounts from the provided excel sheet. - For the sheet metal parts, flat pattern DXFs without bending lines are required. - I need individual part drawing files (SolidWorks files) and assembly/welding drawings for each plant box. At the end of the project, I will expect a 'Pack and Go' RAR or ZIP file containing: • SolidWorks files • BOM • DXF files for unbent sheet metal parts • STEP model for each plant box Ideal candidates for this project should be proficient in SolidWorks, have a strong understanding of 3D modeling and sheet metal design, and be able to deliver high-quality, accurate manufacturing drawings.
