I am setting up a small-batch line of wooden handicrafts and need someone on the ground in Bangladesh who can bridge the gap between my design desk and the workshops. Your main focus will be two areas that are critical to a clean, consistent run: • Sourcing materials – identify reliable wood product suppliers, negotiate pricing, confirm lead times, and ensure the products meet the sizing specs I will share. • Quality control – visit the workshops during and after production, compare output against the reference samples and checklist I provide, and flag or fix any issues before pieces are packed. Please highlight any previous experience working with Bangladeshi woodworkers or similar handicraft lines when you reply. The ability to travel to different workshop clusters is essential. If this sounds like a fit, I’m ready to start our first test batch right away.

I am from India and I know many quality suppliers who manufacturer wooden handicraft products and export worldwide.
