I need an on-the-ground partner in Bangladesh who can locate and secure high-end traditional garments, everyday casual wear, and accessories such as scarves and shawls, then pair those finds with premium handicrafts—specifically home-décor pieces, artisan jewelry, and refined textile crafts. Your role spans the full procurement cycle. You will identify reliable workshops and cottage-industry producers, negotiate to maintain strict quality standards, supervise production or finishing where needed, carry out in-person quality checks, consolidate shipments, and arrange export to my freight forwarder. Regular photo or video updates and clear documentation of materials, dimensions, and artisan credentials are essential so I can market each item with confidence in its provenance. Deliverables • Curated supplier list with contact details and pricing • Sample reports and high-resolution images for approval before bulk orders • Final quality inspection notes for every batch • Export-ready packaging and shipment paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates when applicable) Acceptance Criteria Products must match agreed samples in workmanship and fabric grade, arrive undamaged, and reach the forwarder by the mutually set ship date. Continuous communication through WhatsApp or WeChat is a must so decisions can be made quickly.
