Is the auth layer across these services already centralized somewhere, like a dedicated auth service or gateway, or is each microservice handling its own tokens right now? That changes how I'd sequence the rollout. I'd start with getting authentication solid and consistent across the services before touching the API integration work, since a shaky auth layer under new integrations tends to surface as intermittent 401s that are a pain to trace back later. Spring Security tied into whatever you're running on AWS for identity (Cognito, ALB, IAM roles, or your own token service), then the API integration features get built on top of something that's actually locked down, then a hardening pass covers dependency versions, secrets handling, rate limiting and the usual checks against the deployed setup rather than just the code. M1: Auth layer review and implementation, 16500 INR, 2 days. M2: API integration features on the hardened auth base, 18000 INR, 3 days. M3: Security hardening pass plus testing across the services, 15500 INR, 2 days. 50000 over 7 days is what I'd put against the brief as written. What moves that number most is whether the auth work is greenfield or a retrofit into services that already have their own token handling baked in.
