Here are the things I need on each record.
CustID, Agency, Agency2, First name, Last name, Address1, Address 2, City, State, Zip.
Then I need a Notes box with the ability to input the date and time by pressing CTRL+Shift+D.
Then I need a callback box that can either be blank or have a date in it. I need 6 buttons below it. Delete, Today, 1, 7, 30 and 90 days. Each button increasing the callback by 1, 7, etc. days. The delete button deleting the callback. The today button just replacing it with todays date.
I also need the ability to import and export data to and from an excell sheet. And also the ability to search records by any fields. The actual "Get Callbacks" function can just be a button that searches the callback dates of the current day along with all days before this (yesterday, day before, etc.)
