I need a database program. The program I am looking for must allow me to upload my entire company's price list from Excel. The price list will have multiple variables such as Item number, Description, height, weight, length, cube, SKU #, and price. Next I want the program to allow me to enter a list of items that any specific customer might carry. This will be a smaller selection than the entire price list. From there I want the program to be able to match up the two lists and then allow me to select one of multiple outputs:
1.A list for only the items that the customer carries ? but with all of the variables included except the price portion left blank
2.A list for only the items that the customer DOES NOT carry including all the variable WITH the prices
3.A list for only the items that the customer DOES NOT carry with all of the variables and with the prices multiplied times 1.11
4.A list for BOTH the items the customer DOES carry and the ones he DOES NOT carry with the prices left blank on the items he DOES carry but with the prices listed for the items he DOES NOT carry.
5.A list for BOTH the items the customer DOES carry and the ones he DOES NOT carry with the prices left blank on the items he DOES carry but with the prices listed for the items he DOES NOT carry multiplied times 1.11
On selection #1 above it should allow the user to insert prices for the items that the customer DOES carry. These prices should then be automatically inserted into 4 & 5 above.
All spreadsheets should allow for export directly into Excel and the ability to print from the screen.
Product must be in a format that could either run on the web or run on an employee's laptop without needing to be connected to the web.
I would like to see a demo and have the chance to make sure that all of the bugs are worked out of it prior to payment.
