online food ordering

I need a website which you have prepeared already (since i dont have much time) I will consider if it suits my needs and will try to work with you and edit that script for my needs. I dont have time to make the project done from scratch so please message me if you have already did a B2C script which restaurants can leave their menus and foods and i will charge restaurants per order (not visitors so i dont need payment gateway) please get in contact if you need more specific information. Btw; the restaurants will have a basic win32 (maybe in c++,c#) program, which will notify them when they have a new order, so they wont need to check the website each minute to see if there is a new order or not. So they can accept the order from there or cancel the order. You can moidfy a rss-reader which can be an open-source. The foods would be configurable. I mean, restaurant owners can add configurable values to the foods. (like : select your pizza type, drink type, want extra XX? ...) I want website in full source code. The restaurants will login their backfront panel, and if they are logged on, they would be able to receive new orders and shown as "opened" restaurants autimatcly. (you can do session check, like in online members script.) There is a significant change in the project: We dont want you to program a win32 program for now. You might prepeare a ajaxified website where restaurants can login to and see the new orders with a warning sound. Thus, they dont have to check the website consistenly. Moreoever, the restaurans will hear a sound when a new order placed for them. New orders will be automaticly refreshed (with ajax) and until any new order is approved/declined , they will be hearing that sound.
