I have gone through the attached pdf. My proposed solution is 1- Settings Module -->Define Items (add/update/delete/search) -->Define Categories(add/update/delete/search) -->Define Departments(add/update/delete/search) -->Define Floors(add/update/delete/search) 2-Incoming goods -->User can enter multiple products and receive them with a single interface, Stock will be added E.g 10 pens are received then the stock count would be 10 for pen 3-Outgoing goods -->User can enter multiple products and out them with a single interface, Stock will be deducted E.g 5 pens are out then the stock count would be 5 for pen (Totalqty=10 - SoldQty=5 Balance=5) 4-Reports --> Datewise incomming/outgoing details with department, floor and Category grouping -->Consumption by Department/Category Looking forward to have a chat with you to discuss further. I've developed several MS Access product inventory database systems and will be comfortable creating this application for you. For your Inventory and Consumption database application, I see you'll need: Editable/searchable Stock form. On this form we could show the transaction details of incoming and outgoing changes to the inventory item. I think this would likely be your startup form. Editable/searchable Incoming Goods form for adding inventory to stock Editable/searchable Outgoing Goods form for adding inventory to stock Administration forms for editing Floors and Departments for naming, adding and inactivating. We wouldn't delete a previous entered floor or department if they've been used in a transaction. The Admin forms will have an Active/Inactive checkbox to filter search results. 2 Reports Listed: Outgoing goods by time period, category, department, floor. The UI doc specifies employee. We need to clarify that only the number of employees are being recorded and so, the reports will report the number of employees. If I read the requirements correctly, the statistics could appear on the same report but we can discuss/clarify your needs. I'll need to know what version of MS Access you need this created in and confirm that it will be a single user desktop application. I can deliver any version from 2003 - 2017.
