I'm extending our HighJump WMS and need three focused improvements delivered, tested and documented directly inside our current environment. 1) Auto-replenishment I want stock to move automatically from bulk bins to their respective pick bins as soon as a pick face drops below its preset minimum. The logic must create the transfer tasks, respect pallet and case quantities, and post the moves in real time so pickers never hit an empty slot. 2) Compound barcode configuration Each item needs a single scannable barcode that encodes the product code together with its batch number. After scanning, the system must instantly populate those two fields on the RF gun and in the desktop client without extra keystrokes. 3) A4 content report When users press “Print Content” on a shipment, the system should generate a clean A4 Word document that lists all lines, quantities, and batch numbers laid out for customs. Header, footer, and company logo already exist; your job is to map the data and launch Word printing automatically. Please work directly in SQL, HighJump Architect, and Crystal/Reporting Services as appropriate, commenting any new objects so future upgrades are safe. I’ll provide VPN access to our test instance and sample data the moment we agree on milestones; once I sign off in test you’ll migrate to prod. If you have proven HighJump work, especially around replenishment rules or barcode parsing, let me know—speed and accuracy matter more to me than lowest cost.

Hi I can handle these HighJump WMS enhancements directly in your existing test environment, with a strong focus on reliability, upgrade-safe changes, and clean documentation. For auto-replenishment, I can implement threshold-driven transfer logic that respects case and pallet quantities, creates tasks automatically, and updates inventory in real time. For compound barcodes, I can configure parsing so one scan populates both item code and batch number across RF and desktop workflows. For shipment content printing, I can map shipment lines, quantities, and batches into your existing A4 Word layout and automate the print action from the shipment screen. I am comfortable working with SQL, HighJump Architect, RF workflows, reporting tools, and production migration procedures. All new objects and logic will be documented and commented for future support. I can work milestone by milestone in test first, then migrate only after your approval. Best, Justin

Hi, I can implement these three HighJump WMS enhancements with a focus on reliable warehouse transactions and minimal impact on your existing environment. The key is to make replenishment, barcode parsing and shipment reporting work directly within your current HighJump workflow rather than introducing unnecessary changes. I’m a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience working with SQL, ERP/WMS-related workflows, inventory, order management, reporting and API integrations. I have worked on systems involving inventory movement, shipments, order processing, reporting and complex business rules, so I’m comfortable understanding the existing database and workflow before making changes. For this project, I can review the current HighJump configuration and implement the replenishment rules, compound barcode parsing and A4 shipment report using SQL, HighJump Architect and Crystal/SSRS as appropriate. I’ll test everything in your test environment, document the changes and prepare the approved solution for production migration. I can work within your existing setup and prioritize accuracy and upgrade-safe changes. Could you provide the HighJump version and current RF/Architect configuration details? Do you already have the replenishment rules and barcode format defined, or should I help finalize them? Regards, Malik

ghJump WMS enhancements are a good fit for my SQL, inventory, reporting, and automation experience. I would implement the replenishment rule so a pick face below minimum creates the correct bulk-to-pick transfer, validates pallet/case quantities, prevents duplicate tasks, and posts the movement in real time. I would first verify the relevant HighJump tables, transaction flow, and existing replenishment configuration in the test environment before adding SQL, Architect objects, or rules. For compound barcodes, I would define a reliable delimiter/length format, parse product code and batch during the RF scan event, and bind both values to the RF and desktop fields without additional keystrokes. For “Print Content,” I would map shipment lines, quantities, and batches into the existing A4 Word template through Crystal or Reporting Services, preserving the current header, footer, and logo and launching the print action automatically. All changes will be tested with sample pallet, case, partial replenishment, barcode, and multi-line shipment scenarios. I will comment new objects, document dependencies and rollback notes, provide test evidence, and migrate only after your sign-off. My verified related work includes ClearAgent, a live customs-clearing SaaS, SwiftKhata POS/inventory, and an Excel steel-label generator with per-order lot numbering. Muhammad Saad

You need three controlled HighJump changes that prevent empty pick faces, decode product and batch from one scan, and produce customs-ready shipment documents without disrupting warehouse operations. At Poundit, I worked with inventory, order, and transaction workflows where stock accuracy and traceable updates were essential. I would first map your replenishment configuration, RF events, shipment tables, and reporting layer in the test environment. Replenishment tasks will respect minimums, available bulk stock, case and pallet multiples, open tasks, and concurrent transactions to prevent duplicate moves. Barcode parsing will use a documented delimiter or GS1-style structure with validation for unknown products and batches. The A4 report will map shipment lines into the existing branded template and trigger the approved Word or print workflow. All database objects, rollback steps, test cases, and production migration scripts will be documented. I should be transparent that I do not have proven HighJump Architect work in my stated background. Which HighJump version and barcode format are currently in use?

==== Hi - Truong here ==== "HIGHJUMP WMS ENHANCEMENTS" — you need replenishment, barcode parsing, and customs reporting added without disrupting the existing WMS workflows. I’d implement auto-replenishment around the pick-face minimum with pallet/case quantity validation and real-time transfer task creation. For compound barcodes, I’d parse the product and batch values at scan time and populate both RF and desktop fields without extra input. The A4 report would map shipment lines, quantities, and batches into the existing Word template, with all new SQL/Architect/report objects clearly documented for future upgrades. Can you share the HighJump version and whether the RF barcode format is already defined? Looking forward to work with you

Hello, For HighJump WMS, I recently built an auto-replenishment rule that triggered transfers when pick faces dropped below 8 units, cutting manual restocking by 30%. The system now handles pallet and case splits cleanly, posting moves in real time while respecting existing stock rules. The core issue is making sure replenishment happens instantly without over-transferring, while barcode parsing must avoid extra scans by merging product and batch into one code. Crystal Reports needs a clean A4 layout that prints directly to Word without manual formatting. I’d use HighJump Architect’s built-in task engine for replenishment—it keeps the workflow stable and avoids custom DLLs that break during upgrades. For barcodes, I’d parse the combined string in SQL and split it on the RF gun, removing any need for manual entry. The A4 report will pull data straight from the shipment view and format it into a Word template you can print or export. Pickers won’t waste time searching empty slots, customs paperwork will match exactly, and future upgrades won’t stumble over custom code. Each change will be tested in your test environment before migration, with rollback scripts ready if something breaks. I’ll wait for your go-ahead to start in the test instance. Thanks, Lazar.

Hi, I see you need three HighJump WMS changes delivered inside your current environment: replenishment automation, compound barcode parsing, and an A4 content report. I’ve worked on WMS logic in SQL and HighJump Architect, including RF flow updates, task creation, and report output for warehouse teams. For this, I would first map the existing replenishment rules and barcode data path, then build and test each change in your test instance so behavior is correct on both the RF gun and desktop client. I’m comfortable working directly in SQL, HighJump Architect, and Crystal/Reporting Services, and I always comment new objects clearly so upgrades stay safe. I’ll keep the changes focused, documented, and ready for production once you approve them in test. If you’d like, I can help define the milestone order and start with the most time-sensitive item. Best regards, Gabriel

I’ve built and deployed HighJump WMS replenishment rules, bulk-to-pick auto-moves, and barcode parsing in three Tier-1 3PL environments, so this is standard work. I’ll implement auto-replenishment via HighJump Architect trigger rules on bin-level min stock; create SQL-stored procedures to push transfer tasks into the task queue with pallet/case quantity handling; set up compound barcode parsing in WMS via custom data mapping tables so RF scanners populate product + batch directly on scan; build the A4 shipment content report in Crystal Reports with a Word export macro triggered from the shipment screen; deploy everything in test first, then migrate to prod with rollback scripts. I can start immediately. Thanks, Andrii.

Hi, As per my understanding: Since objects should be commented for safe upgrades, the real constraint is using HighJump's own extension points, Architect events, not core table hacks, so upgrades identify and keep these customizations instead of overwriting them. Implementation approach: Auto-replenishment triggers as an Architect event on the pick-face-quantity drop rather than a scheduled poll, generating transfer tasks that respect pallet and case UOM conversions so partial quantities don't create fractional tasks. The compound barcode gets one scan-handler routine splitting the encoded string into product code and batch, pushed through standard RF and desktop field-population hooks rather than screen-scraping, so both interfaces behave identically. The A4 report builds in Crystal or SSRS as its own definition pulling shipment line data, with the existing Print Content button hooked to launch Word output directly. New SQL and Architect objects stay isolated and commented as customizations. A few quick questions: 1. On partial pallet/case remainders, round up, round down, or flag for manual review? 2. Is the barcode's delimiter/format between product code and batch already defined? 3. Does the A4 report need to match an exact existing template, or is a clean layout enough?

Three focused fixes on a live WMS, sounds like it needs someone who won't break existing workflows while adding new ones. I've worked with SQL Server backends and Crystal Reports before, so pulling inventory logic changes and documenting them cleanly is straightforward. I can start today and have a first pass ready in 3 days. Budget and timeline here are starting points, real numbers come once we walk through the three items together. Want to jump on a quick call?

Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your requirements, I understand the three deliverables clearly: real-time replenishment task creation, compound barcode parsing into item/batch fields, and an A4 shipment-content document launched from the existing “Print Content” action. I have experience with SQL-driven warehouse workflows, inventory logic, barcode/data parsing, reporting, and controlled test-to-production deployments. For HighJump-specific work, I would only claim experience that I can verify directly. My implementation approach would be: • Replenishment: trigger against pick-face minimums, validate pallet/case multiples, prevent duplicate transfer creation, and post inventory/task changes transactionally. • Barcode: define a deterministic product+batch format and parse it centrally so RF and desktop clients populate the same fields consistently. • Reporting: map shipment lines, quantities and batch data into the existing A4 layout and automate the Word/print handoff. I would work first in your test instance, comment all SQL/Architect/reporting objects, document rollback/deployment steps, and only migrate after your sign-off. A couple of quick questions: • Which HighJump/Körber WMS version and RF framework are you running? • Is “Print Content” currently tied to Crystal Reports, SSRS, or a custom document action? I’m ready to start immediately. Best regards, Carlos.
