Primavera Database connection

I have installed Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to create a database that I need to use when for Primavera P6. It was working fine for a few days however when I moved to a different office it stopped working. Now I can't remove Server 2012 or even load it as I keep getting the attached message.

This should be an easy job, however I need to fix Server 2012 remotely and then I would need you to be available for a few days for support, just in case it stops working again.

I also need this doing straight away please if you place a bid.
