Hi there, I carefully reviewed your AMADEO H743 flight-controller requirements, and this is extremely close to a drone PCB project I have just completed. I recently designed a compact 36 × 36 mm six-layer flight controller for Algo BotiX using an STM32H743, dual ICM-20948 IMUs, dual MS5611 barometers, dual CAN-FD, USB-C, MicroSD, analog OSD, digital-video connectivity, ten motor outputs, GPS, telemetry, RC, and external sensor interfaces. That project involved full component placement, BGA escape routing, double-sided assembly, sensitive IMU/sensor isolation, power-distribution routing, high-density signal routing, thermal considerations, DRC/DFM, and preparation of complete manufacturing files including Gerbers, drills, BOM, CPL, STEP, and assembly documentation. Because I have just worked on essentially the same class of STM32H743 drone flight controller, I can move much faster on your layout while applying proven placement, power-integrity, grounding, and noise-control practices from the beginning. I can also provide portfolio renders of the completed flight-controller board. Just send me a message and I can start immediately. Best regards, Samuel tshibangu

✅✅✅✅✅ I can take your completed AMADEO H743 schematic and turn it into a clean, fabrication-ready multilayer PCB layout, with particular attention to the mixed-signal and power-integrity challenges of a flight controller. I’d begin by reviewing the schematic/net classes, mechanical constraints and critical interfaces, then define the layer stack and placement around the STM32H743, IMU/barometer, switching regulators and high-speed peripherals. For the layout, I’ll keep the buck converter hot loops and high-current paths compact, provide solid low-impedance ground references, separate noisy switching regions from the IMU/sensor area, and route SPI/USB/SD/CAN appropriately. The 3S–8S input section will also receive suitable clearance, copper and thermal consideration. Milestones Stackup, mechanical constraints + placement strategy Critical power, MCU, sensor and high-speed routing Complete PCB routing + copper pours ERC/DRC + DFM/manufacturing review Gerbers, drill, CPL, assembly drawings + STEP I can work in KiCad or Altium and will deliver the complete editable project alongside the manufacturing package. Please send the KiCad schematic/project and board dimensions or mechanical drawing. I can then assess whether 4 layers is realistic or whether 6 layers is the better choice before routing starts.
