My friend & I are starting a small hosting business of shared Linux, Windows, Windows+Coldfusion & dedicated servers.
I'm looking for freelance Level 2/3 server admin/technical expert support person whom is able to respond all customers problems on both shared & dedicated servers from time to time but must be independent and doing this as a daily basis whenever possible.
Tech person must be able to check tickets everyday from my support ticket system (Kayako)
We're new company, starting with just 4 semi-managed dedicated servers customers and 4 shared server hosting, so tickets is not a lot but i'm keen to provide round-the-clock 24/7 support in order to expand.
I'm paying monthly $25 for starters. Pay may increase as work increases as we expand. I'm most interested with admins in Asia esp. India. to provide 24/7 support as I intended.
