Squid & Privoxy Installation / Configuration
I need someone to install and configure Squid & Privoxy on a CentOS Linux Server. Server will have 250 Public IP Addresses.
I want to access the Squid Proxy server using any of the 250 IPs (Port can be 3128, 8080 or whatever port(s) we decide). I want to go through the proxy server and when I hit the destined website I want the website to see my Proxy IP "ONLY". I don't want the website to be able to see my real IP. I want to ensure real anonymous access. Whatever filters are needed I will need you to apply them accordingly.
I connect to the proxy listening on 220.127.116.11 and the request to the origin server will be come from 18.104.22.168, while if I connect to the proxy listening on 22.214.171.124 the request to the origin server will be come from 126.96.36.199.
Authentication will be fixed username/password (only 1 username/password is needed at this time). Authentication can be from a password file - Digest/Basic Authentication. Whatever works best with HTTP Traffic.
I will need you to configure the Linux Firewall IPTables to work in conjunction with the Squid/Privoxy Proxy Setup. All Public IPs and Ports will need to be entered in the IPTables.
I will be handing you a fresh CentOS Linux Server and I want you to setup the Squid/Privoxy Proxy and any additional things necessary to achieve full operation of the Proxy Server. Configuration must be complete and if server is rebooted all services must startup automatically.
