This project is very specific.
My company use Zoho CRM to manage the following;
Invoicing (In progress)
We are seeking a suitably qualified person to configure the various modules and workflow rules at the back-end within the cloud application. (Signing a non disclosure agreement will be required).
Example (Service Call);
1. When a client calls or emails us to initiate a service call to their site, we enter the job details.
2. When this is saved, separate emails go out automatically to the service engineer and to the Client.
3. When the job is updated the client receives subsequent email notifications until finally it is completed.
4. When completed, accounts receive an email informing them the job is complete and needs to be invoiced.
5. When the invoice has been prepared and saved, the client receives their final email with the invoice attached. (This step has not been set up yet)
The above is a brief explanation of how things are at present but the system is not perfect and it needs refining and improvement.
Also we need to set up similar workflow rules for new clients added by admin staff. ie; When new clients are added, sales staff receive an email with the details and also the new client receives an email thanking them for their inquiry.
All the above needs either, refining or to be configured from scratch. Suggestions from the successful applicant on how to improve our CRM will also be encouraged.
