We are looking for a professional programmer to develop a "HelpDesk" (What You May Need to Know: WYMNTK) program for employees to access on their computer to search for more information on topics that the admin. can load into the program. This should be very similar to any 'Help' feature that exists in almost all software programs. This program will be for employees to search for all the procedures/rules of our company. The software will need the following functionalities: - Allow the admin. to load topics/documents - Allow the user to do a keyword search or search by table of contents so that they will be directed to the correct document - Allow users to enter in topics/documents of their own and be put in an 'unapproved' queue for the admin. to approve and then move to main database. - Program can be web-based-or non web-based. - Easy for admin to program and customize all fields - A user- friendly, easy, and customizable program is needed. - Searchable Knowledge Database - With topics-drill-down & search capability.
