We are looking to setup a VOIP system for multiple clients. Security of system and server are top priority. We like to work with asterisk pbx-in-flash ect. We will be selling these per ext. So it needs to be easy to setup new “customer / company” then add ext. under them. We would like a control panel that we can create and manage this easily and add and subtract features. Also each client or package will also need to have access to a control panel where they can only access their particular features and can change their setting such as voicemail find me/follow-me, simultaneous ring, call forwarding, etc.
The other add-ons that we will sell is conference rooms. Where people can call a ext. and enter a conference room with password. And fax as well. So we need both of these to work and be easy to put under a client.
We would like to start and keep a long term relationship. Again we want value but at the same time it has to work well and be somewhat user friendly on the control panel side.
On a side not we are looking to make sure EVERY "extension" in the system regardless the “customer / company” it is under has its own unique way to call it. For example we were thinking the “customer / company ID number” + ext. So for example if I am client 04 and my extension in that company is 312 if someone on the system called 04312 it would ring that extension. That way there can be VoIP private communication cross companies on the system
I know this is not a big feature but we want to make sure that it is easy on our side to implement and that if we grow to multiple servers it works. We have had issue in the past of VoIP server getting hacked so we need this to be secured and all known security holes closed.
Other features that need to be included with the ext. Auto Attendants, Voicemail, Caller ID, Music On Hold, Call Routing, Virtual Extensions, Dial-by-Name Directory, Call Forwarding, Message on Hold, Online Fax, Ring Groups, Intercom, Call Queues, Find-Me Follow-Me, Speed Dial, Custom Schedules, Call Transfers
