Migrate site to Nginx VPS

I have a dedicated server which runs 2 websites on a WHM/Cpanel on CentOS setup. I want to move to a VPS, utilising [login to view URL] to get an Nginx/PHP-FPM setup, instead. This job would be to do the server migration for me (after taking a backup. The 2 websites total about 15Gb in size). The websites use the following database-driven PHP packages: Wordpress, Joomla and VBulletin 4. There are 2 unix scripts I need and 5 cron jobs set up on the old server. There may be some unforeseen complications in changing the 2 websites from using Apache htaccess files to Nginx configuration files, so the key thing I am looking for is someone with knowledge and experience doing this type of migration. At the same time I would like to change domain names for one of the websites. The project will finish once the 2 websites have been migrated and they work fine with Nginx and serve https content using the HTTP/2 protocol on the new VPS, using the new domain name. Also 2 open-source unix packages which run on the server should be reinstalled (should be straightforward) and the cron jobs should be set up again. I estimate that this would all be 1 day's work for an experienced server admin. Please tell me about your previous experience with this type of job, when you could start and how long the job would take you.
