need a trueNAS expert with tons of experience in - multiuser environment - multi OS environment - FTPS, SFTP, SMB, NFS sharing of the same file system - software RAID configuration - automated snapshotting (each week, each month) with cleanup/rolling after 12 successful snapshots - deduplication optimizations - monitoring of disks only very experienced Admins with TrueNAS/FreeNAS required!!! An interview will be mandatory for proof of your expertise level with and admin which has over 20y of experience. So do not try to oversell youself! Be honest, better to know what the lack of expertise you have over trying to sell somthing which you cannot deliver
