24-48 hours is tight if your DNS TTL is set long, and a lot of hosts default to 24h. Worth checking before you start. My approach: SSH in, snapshot the filesystem and dump all databases while the old server's still live, rsync the files across, diff the Apache/Nginx config on the new server, restore the databases, do a hosts-file test before touching DNS, then cut over. You'd get a verification report at the end confirming the app's resolving and functional on the new server. All of it under 24 hours once I have SSH credentials to both. 24,000 INR for the full migration, 2 days.
