I already have detailed role briefs; what I need now is a recruiter who can translate those briefs into a high-quality shortlist and keep the interview pipeline moving swiftly. You will handle the full cycle from market mapping through first-round vetting. Every candidate presented must show proven, hands-on experience in the relevant field; paper fit alone will not be accepted. Competence with popular ATS or spreadsheet tracking tools is assumed, but feel free to stick with the platform you are fastest in as long as status is always visible. Deliverables (all items required): • A shortlist of 5–7 qualified, interview-ready candidates per role, delivered in a shared tracker that includes résumé, salary expectations, notice period, and concise recruiter notes. • Weekly pipeline report summarising outreach volume, response rate, and stage progression. • Coordination of first-round interviews via Zoom or phone, with calendar invites sent and confirmed. I will provide job specs, employer branding assets, and email templates. Success is measured by both candidate quality and turnaround time, so proactive updates are essential.
