I’m expanding my remote team and need a seasoned recruiter who can quickly build a diverse pipeline of Virtual Assistant and Data-Entry candidates across North America, Asia, and Europe. Your core focus will be on sourcing through LinkedIn (Recruiter, groups, outreach campaigns) and targeted job boards that attract remote professionals. While I’m open to any other creative channels you like, those two platforms must anchor the search. Communication skills are non-negotiable for every candidate you present. I’m counting on you to gauge written and spoken English during screening calls, confirm basic remote-work readiness, and flag any red-line concerns before a résumé reaches me. Deliverables • A vetted shortlist of qualified candidates, complete with résumés, screening notes, contact details, and availability. • A brief weekly report summarising outreach volume, response rates, and next-step recommendations. Acceptance Criteria • At least 10 candidates per region who meet the communication standard and are ready for interview. • All profiles sourced primarily via LinkedIn and recognised job boards, with sourcing links documented. • Turnaround: first batch within seven days of project start.
