I need an experienced recruiter to take full ownership of a current search for mid-level Technology professionals skilled in JavaScript, Python and Java. The role involves sourcing, screening and presenting a tight shortlist of qualified candidates who match both the technical stack and our culture requirements. Because the position reports directly to our U.S.-based team, you must speak and write English at a true native level to handle candidate outreach, screening calls and feedback sessions confidently. I expect you to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche Slack communities or any other proven channels you prefer; an existing network in the software-engineering space will be a definite plus.
