I’m expanding several projects across the United States and need a seasoned IT recruiter who can immediately start sourcing strong freelancer talent. The brief spans both technical and non-technical openings; however, the first wave of requisitions is heavily weighted toward software engineers. You’ll take full ownership of the recruiting cycle—crafting attention-grabbing job ads, running Boolean searches on LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms, screening résumés, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating next-round discussions with me. I’m looking for someone who already has an active network of U.S.-based professionals and knows how to move quickly without sacrificing candidate quality. Deliverables I expect: • A curated shortlist of qualified freelancer candidates for each open role, complete with résumés and your screening notes • Weekly progress updates highlighting pipeline health, outreach metrics, and looming roadblocks • Smooth hand-off of final candidates, including scheduling and feedback collection If you can demonstrate recent success placing both software engineers and broader business support talent on a contract basis, I’d love to hear how you intend to hit the ground running and your typical turnaround times.
