Our short-term rental agency is expanding rapidly and I need an experienced recruiter who can build an international pipeline of skilled property managers, then move the successful hires smoothly through our onboarding workflow. You will own two core functions: • Sourcing – Identify, attract, and pre-qualify property managers with proven experience in short-stay or vacation-rental operations. Tap into global talent pools (LinkedIn, hospitality boards, industry groups, referrals, etc.) and present a steady shortlist that matches the profiles we agree on. • Onboarding – Once we select a candidate, coordinate contracts, collect compliance documents, schedule platform training, and make sure every new manager is ready to take over their assigned properties on day one. I will conduct the interviews myself; your focus is building the funnel and turning accepted offers into fully onboarded team members. Familiarity with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse and remote-friendly onboarding platforms (BambooHR, Sapling, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory—results are what count. Success for this project means at least three qualified property managers fully onboarded and live in our system within the agreed timeline.
