Detailed Property Survey for Development Plan

I am preparing a development application through PlanSA for my property at 24 Waimana Court, Port Rickaby SA 5575 (Allotments 97 & 98, Filed Plan 206713) and need a survey suitable for preparing council site plans. Could you please provide a feature and level survey sufficient for drafting a 1:200 site plan for council submission. The survey should include: • Confirmation of property boundaries and dimensions (boundary pegs already exist but please verify) • Natural ground levels / contours across the site suitable for showing existing site levels • Location of any visible services or infrastructure (power, pits, poles etc if present) • Existing improvements or structures if any • Driveway crossover / access location from Waimana Court • Spot levels at corners and across the site sufficient for determining building finished floor levels • Identification of any easements or encumbrances affecting the allotments Please supply the survey in CAD format (DWG or DXF) as well as PDF, as it will be used by a draftsperson to prepare the site plan for the planning application. If possible, it would also be useful to confirm natural ground level (NGL) at the proposed shed and future dwelling areas so that finished floor levels can be referenced in the application drawings. The survey is required for council planning drawings only and does not need to be a full engineering or construction set-out survey.
