The issue with your Epson SureColor P5370 is not Lightroom or the driver. It happens because the printer is in roll paper mode, and macOS hides sheet options when only roll media is detected. That is why “Cut Sheet” does not appear in Adobe Lightroom Classic or the system print dialog. To fix it, first switch the printer out of roll mode in its menu by selecting “Remove Roll Paper,” even if no roll is installed. Then insert a single sheet into the front tray and confirm the paper type to force sheet mode. Next, on your Mac, remove the printer in System Settings → Printers and Scanners, reset the printing system, and restart the Mac. After reboot, add the printer again and make sure “Use” is set to “Epson P5370 Series,” not AirPrint. If needed, add it manually via IP using LPD. After this, “Cut Sheet” or “Front Tray” will appear. This works because Epson reports paper sources based on its physical state, and macOS only shows what the printer reports. Resetting both sides forces the correct configuration to load.
