I'd diagnose that properly from outside first — querying the parent zone for the delegated NS, then the authoritative servers directly with dig from several resolvers to see exactly what the zone is serving versus what the panel shows — so we know the real fault before touching anything. Reviso primero que los nameservers del dominio apunten realmente al DNS Premium de Namecheap —si no, los registros de ese panel no tienen efecto—, y luego busco el conflicto concreto: un CNAME en la raíz que choca con otros registros, un A o CNAME mal apuntado, o registros que se anulan entre sí. Corrijo o revierto lo que esté mal, ajusto los TTL si hace falta, y verifico que el dominio resuelva al servidor correcto desde varias ubicaciones con DNS Checker antes de dar por cerrado. Si el problema estuviera del lado de Namecheap, abro el ticket y le doy seguimiento. Puedo arrancar apenas me des acceso al panel.
