Looking for an experienced technical support manager that can provide assistance as we set up our team.
You have call center/online chat support experience, some technical background and familiarity with SaaS platforms are an asset.
You will assist with:
- Strategic planning with the business owner and hiring to set up the team
- Leading the team
- Developing metrics and SLAs to measure performance
- Developing training materials
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the business owner
English Required, multilingual (especially Arabic and German) a strong asset.
