I am a customer service delivery professional and have spent 40 years in industry doing just this. I hold an MBA from a leading b-school, teach service delivery as a visiting faculty (my 3-credit course is called Customer Service Orientation and Business Growth - CSO&BG), and run service orientation programs for business and non-business organizations.
