We are looking for an IT Specialist with proven knowledge of computer networks and systems (Windows server and desktop OS) including Virtualization, who can write tech documents and produce video-tutorials in English, based on Chinese tech documents and by trying out the software features.
Since our product is developed in Taiwan it is a mandatory requirement to be truly fluent in the Mandarin language capable of speaking, reading and writing in both Mandarin and English, in order to communicate with the development and tech support team (located in Taiwan and China) and also with channel partners and customers located in the US and Latin America.

Activities: Technical-Marketing content writing, Mandarin-English translation of tech documents, Create how-to videos, Create presentations and training material, Marketing campaigns, Manage website/blog, Social Media, Forums. You will need to use your own testing bench for simulating software behavior and produce tech documents/videos.
Required skills: Mandarin fluent, E-Learning authoring, Graphic design, Technical writing, Technical knowledge of Operating Systems and Computer Networks, Virtual Machine platforms.
