I generate a steady flow of technical reports and need a detail-oriented editor who holds at least a Bachelor’s in Information Technology (or a closely related field) to give each document a final, professional polish. The files you will handle are text documents—specifically IT reports. Your focus is on refining the language, fixing any slips in grammar or spelling, tightening the structure, and, most importantly, checking the numbers for consistency and accuracy so every statistic or table aligns with the surrounding narrative. You’ll work in Word or Google Docs, using Track Changes so I can review what you’ve done, and you’ll be comfortable with the usual citation and formatting standards common in technical writing. The typical turnaround is three business days per report, with an average of two reports a week.
