The Strategy Session Appointment Sales Representative is responsible for generating appointments by contacting potential homeowners from promotions, and by pursuing inquiries and information requests as well as other means of outbound contact such as cold calling.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate client appointments and sales leads by making 500-800+ calls daily (tools provided to accomplish this)
Booking 1-5 qualified appointments a day.
Manage, organize, and update contact database using our CRM
Create and manage new client relationships
Make cold calls, send emails, and text to communicate with
Handle any inbound calls necessary or route them to the appropriate
Communicate with other team members and coordinate accordingly
Track daily key performance indicators (KPIS)
Communicate effectively and able to answer and respond to emails, text, and phone calls during workdays with prompt manor.
Effective use of email/text/phone for follow up.
Track offers submitted and counter offer as needed
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Fluent spoken-English language skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write clear and legible memos, notes, and compose appropriate business emails.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
Ability to Use a CRM – Hubspot, Salesforce, Infusionsoft etc…

A high attention to detail
Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
Have the ability to handle shifting priorities
Personal initiative is also necessary
