Cold call UK businesses to generate appointments

Job Description:
I'm looking for a cold caller or appointment setter for our business.
We're bookkeepers, and we've moved into a new area of the UK, and so we're looking to on-board new clients in the local area.
We'll provide a list of contacts, all of which will be cold. We're therefore looking for someone that can call these clients and promote our bookkeeping services to them, so that they will then commit to our services.
We don't expect the caller to be the closer, rather just the person that sets up the appointment for us to speak with them. Most clients won't be the type that will embrace online calendars, etc, so this setup will need to be mostly maual.
I'm happy to discuss with anyone that might have any ideas on this process.
No commission will be paid on this role. Please quote for up to 200 calls.
The ideal person here would be fluent in English, and preferably speak as close to neutral or native English as possible.
