Looking For Full Time SEO CSR/Sales Consultant

We run an SEO services company and are looking for someone to help out with our Customer Service/Sales opening. This is a full time job that will require you to be available and working for a set period of 8 hours each day, 6-7 days a week. The compensation could eventually range up to 3-4k/month. The day-to-day operations will be a mixture of customer support and sales, both talking to current client to resolve any issues they may be having as well as answering/selling to prospective clients. Most communication is via our online ticket system, although phone support is also integrated into the position. Because of this, both phone and email skills are mandatory. Although our openings are somewhat flexible, we are mostly looking to fill our busiest hours. Those hours would include 9AM - 8PM EST (an 8 hour chunk that fits within that window). With your proposal, please include the hours that you will be available each day (should be at least 8 hours, flexibility is a plus, please include your ideal hours + the hours that you would be willing to work). Also please note that we are looking for a candidate that is able to fill in on weekends during the same hours. Along with the hours you can work, please indicate the number of days you're able to work per week and exactly which days you can work. The position requires absolutely perfect English and grammar, both with written and spoken communications. Sales and SEO experience are absolutely a plus, as well as the ability to sync with a client to learn their needs and translate those into the applicable services. Applicant must also be a quick learner, listener, and have a keen ability to follow directions. Our systems change quickly, sometimes daily. Flexibility is an absolute must.
