About the Job:
We our looking for a lively telemarketer to generate sales by scheduling appointments for our acquisitions specialists to go out and meet with homeowners to buy their propertie. Your job isn’t necessarily to sell a product, but to sell our solution. We buy houses cash, and we close quickly. Our goal is to help homeowners in a tough spot. And to do that they need to meet with us first.
Responsibilities Include:
• Cold calling our list of home owners through an account on our Mojo Sells dialer with the goal of setting an appointment to buy the seller’s home.
• Using scripts as a guideline to ask questions about a homeowner’s property and gather information about the homeowner’s situation.
•Patiently talking to escalated (aggressive/ upset/ confused) homeowners.
• Record notes on every phone call through the Mojo Sells Dialer’s CRM.
• Overcoming both common and uncommon objections.
• Ultimately determining what the best solution for the situation is.
•Adapting to change
•Gauging homeowner motivation
Requirements:
•Proficiency in English
•Patience
•Willingness to learn and openly take constructive criticism
•Experience using a Customer Relations Manager (CRM)
•Knows how to use a computer well
•Self Driven and persistent
•Customer Service
