SALES COMMISSION: Cold-Calling Sales Person for Website Sales

I need a motivated closer who lives and breathes cold calling. You will be selling our professionally built website plans to small- and mid-sized businesses worldwide on a pure commission basis—15% of every plan you bring in. We offer free mock-ups to incentivize the client, which other team members will build. I will hand you a spreadsheet of verified cold leads to get you started, but success in this role also means prospecting and qualifying fresh opportunities on your own so the pipeline never dries up. Because the role is fully remote, I’m open to working with talent based anywhere in the world as long as you can overlap a few hours with GMT for hand-offs. What matters most is your track record of turning cold conversations into signed deals. If you can comfortably navigate objections, communicate the benefits of a modern, conversion-focused website, and keep meticulous notes in whatever CRM you prefer, we’ll get along great. Deliverables I expect: • Daily call activity logged with outcome notes • Weekly status recap of free mock-ups wanted • 10 Mockup requests per week Acceptance criteria: commission is earned only after the client’s first full invoice clears; payments are released monthly against verified sales reports.
