Sales Representative/Telesales Role/Outbound callers required for edtech startup

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Sales Associate/Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for identifying warm opportunities (lead generation) and set appointments, rather than closing sales. With experience, and demonstrated ability to close, there could be long-term work as well. Job description : Calling Cold and Warm outbound leads on a daily basis. Product Demo to potential leads and customers Setting up follow calls with Business development managers Securing Sales and Demo Inquires over the phone CRM maintained Scripts will be provided for training purposes All calls will be recorded - we get leads everyday and these leads need following up also old leads called Our lead demographic are all types of Educational Institutes like Schools, Coaching, Colleges, Tuition Centers etc based in India. We aim to build a team of long term telesales professionals we can rely on to consistently answer queries and close leads. Candidate must have: -An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. -They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. -Good communication skills -Sales/calling/business development experience -Comfortable in English and Hindi *Native regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Assamese, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada. Odia, Malayalam) is a major plus as well. Good communication skills are must. *Fixed monthly stipend plus good incentives are offered. If you have any questions please ask upfront.
