Description A start up company with over six years of business development and marketing services under its belt is looking for Client Services Specialists to work from home and create business opportunities for acquired clients. Your sales, cold-calling, marketing and business development background will be an asset. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Google Apps such as Drive, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role. With a breakdown of 90% business development/marketing and 10% administrative focus, you will utilize your strong project management and organizational skills. The business development aspect of your role will entail daily conversations with potential prospects and setting qualified meetings for acquired clients, weekly meetings with your supervisor and/or acquired clients, strategic planning to achieve goals and expectations set forth and liaison with your supervisor and administrative staff will keep you challenged and busy. Salary: FULL TIME PROJECTS – 2000 dials a month – $300/week plus commission PART TIME PROJECTS – 1000 dials a month – $181.70/week plus commission Hours: FULL TIME PROJECTS – approximately 3 hours a day PART TIME PROJECTS – approximately 1.5 hours a day Location: Telecommute Purpose of the position To call projects and assist in building the business of acquired clients by setting qualified meetings with potential prospects. Responsibilities & duties Fulfill daily/weekly/monthly dial expectations using an automated dialer. Set qualified meetings with qualified prospects. Represent and conduct oneself professionally at all times, when speaking and creating qualified appointments with potential prospects, with colleagues and supervisors. Conduct outbound phone calls to generate qualified leads or set meetings Accept inbound phone calls to generate qualified leads or set meetings Essential qualifications Must have experience doing cold calls (at least 1 year), preferably 2 years of exposure in business-to-business (B2B) phone sales or telemarketing gained from a call center or BPO. Applicants with field sales experience may be considered as long as they also have relevant exposure doing phone-based selling Must have experience in business development (at least 1 year) Must have experience in Executive searches and calling on Director Level and higher titles Must have well polished communication skills to effectively and efficiently sell our client’s brand/product in a persuasive yet artful manner. Must be able to effectively deliver scripted presentations and handle objections.
