We are a small property development consulting team of 4, currently managing live projects, and we're looking to improve the efficiency of our project management and reporting through ASANA. We need someone with strong technical skills to help us improve the system we use to document project tasks, track time spent and streamline our reporting and project management processes. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure templates and tools for documenting project tasks, time tracking, and key project details. Develop a clear project management structure that can be easily followed and scaled as needed. Integrate systems that allow for efficient reporting and tracking of project progress, time spent, and key metrics. Provide training or guidance to the team on how to use these systems effectively. Streamline communication and project workflows to ensure tasks are tracked accurately and on time. Ideal Skills & Experience: Proven experience in setting up project management systems and templates, ideally for small businesses or consulting firms. Strong technical skills in software tools for project management, reporting, and time tracking. Familiarity with project management software like [login to view URL], Asana, or similar tools. Experience working with property development teams or similar consulting businesses would be a bonus. Ability to simplify complex workflows and systems for small teams to manage efficiently.
