Create high quality model of a kitchen environment - game ready for Unity platform

Create model of a kitchen environment. The kitchen should allow interaction and have all its models separated in a way that allows opening cabinets and putting stuff inside. We look for a designer (Detailed Doc attached) We would like you to create for us a very high quality 3D kitchen model. The shaders, environment and textures should have a high quality. The environment should be full - you will need to create a full room but the most important part is the kitchen. The model will be based on this kitchen as reference. [login to view URL] and also a refrigerator (we have a model that we would like you to use, but you will need to improve its look – mostly the shaders, here is its reference [login to view URL] ). We need to be able to open the cabinets' doors and put items on the shelves, for that we need each part of the kitchen to be separated as a different object (doors, drawers, shelves, handles, sink, counter, back splash, floor, appliances etc.) and of course mapped properly. The rest of the environment (Not the kitchen area) can be one single object. The model should be game ready (low poly, objects pivot should be at the bottom and centered, parts should be separated), and we should be able to import it to unity easily. We will need to different models: 1. A baked version of the model with the highest quality after lighting and effects. 2. None baked version with just the kitchen parts separated: *All items in the kitchen area should be separated. - The entire room which isn't in the kitchen area. - Chairs. - Floor. - One side door, it's closet box (inside and outside), shelves, handle (all items separated – 4 items). - Double doors, it's closet box (inside and outside), shelves, handles (all items separated). - One small drawer for cutlery: front of the drawer, it's inside closet box, outside closet box, handle (all items separated – 4 items). - One medium drawer for pots: front of the drawer, it's inside closet box, outside closet box, handle (all items separated – 4 items). - One large drawer for food: front of the drawer, it's inside closet box, outside closet box, handle - One marble Counter (without the items on it) - One marble island - One corner closet: front of the closet, it's inside closet box, outside closet box, shelves, handle - One upper closet: it's front door, inside and outside closet box, shelves, handle - One show box - One Backsplash. - One refrigerator - One oven: it's front door, inside and outside box, shelves, handle - One dishwasher: it's front door, inside and outside box, shelves, handle - One Microwave: it's front door, inside and outside box, shelves, handle - One stove - One sink and one faucet All textures should be uv mapped to allow simple change on runtime and have a good look. Explanation with pictures are attached in the word file. This will be used in unity for mobile as well as PC Small changes to the project description: 1. Baking should be done in unity with high quality and with enhanced plugins (we will need to discuss which one) 2. No need to create two different exports for the models, only one. The environment should be separated to different modules as described in the second modules so we could move them around a bit each time and bake them again. 3. We will need all items in the room to be separated to different modules as well (coffee table, chair, sofa...) this will allow us to move them around and bake again. 3. We will need to be provided with one large wall, one window and one door so we could modify the exterior room a bit if we want. 4. The materials and baking should create a very good quality that resembles realistic environment ( advanced lighting) 5. The room should be large and allow a big kitchen. Basically 6 meter on 6 meter with the dining room and living room (very simple but still high quality).
