High end 3D Renderings for small round architecture unit 60m2 - 1 week deadline

I am looking for high quality 3D rendering services within a 7 day timeframe, including mark ups and refinement rounds. Unit: A small single lvl round building, approx. 60m2. It has a sheltered roof terrace above. As the unit is round the Renderer needs to be able to work efficiently and cleanly with curves. Please refer to the attached screenshots to get a sense of the building. ---- Renders : high quality & attention to detail for • View 1 – External, Front • View 2 – External, Side • View 3 – Internal 1 • View 4 – Internal 2 (Optional, depending on price) -- Final Deadline – 13th December 7pm IST (India Standard Time) --- Files : I know 3d but I am not avail this week to do this work. I wld like to have the 3d model neatly built & sent with the final deadline. I use sketch up / autocad. It is important that you mention what software you use and if not the abv, if you can send the conversion. --- This is a quick turnover project for the right person & economic fee, with potential for more work as I have a few projects.
